TOTAL SELECT TEAM OVERVIEW:  

The NJ Total Lacrosse program is a dedicated girls-only lacrosse initiative that focuses on nurturing, challenging, and empowering student-athletes. Primarily catering to athletes from Somerset and Hunterdon counties, we offer comprehensive year-round training based in Hillsborough and Readington, NJ. Our primary objective is to guide our athletes in achieving their goals while nurturing their growth into well-rounded lacrosse players. Our program exclusively serves the local communities, and as a result, we have earned a reputation for delivering an unparalleled experience to our players.

Led by a team of passionate coaches, we emphasize the development of fundamentals, hard work, leadership, and the crucial aspect of teamwork. Our coaches boast a background as former collegiate players, bringing extensive coaching experience from both youth and high school levels. Their commitment is deeply rooted in our community-oriented approach, fostering a sense of connection and engagement.

TRYOUT INFORMATION:  

GIRLS Teams:  2034/35 Futures (1st & 2nd grade), 2033 (3rd grade), 2032 (4th grade), 2031 (5th grade), 2030 (6th grade), 2029 (7th grade), and 2028 (8th grade).
