Exclusive to girls’ lacrosse players, our Total Select team program is designed to challenge and empower committed student-athletes to become successful lacrosse players, team members, and people through our organizational principles of Teamwork, Outcomes, Trust, Accountability, and Leadership. 

Our teams prepare for and compete in premier regional and national events during the fall, spring, and summer seasons. Our staff members are former collegiate players and active coaches who bring extensive and diverse experiences to the youth and high school levels.
